Vaughn smiles almost every day now. He's most happy in the morning shortly after waking up from his morning nap. He makes our hearts melt. He looks right into our eyes and smiles so big. When our families were here, they got to share the joy by seeing Vaughn smile many times. One day when we got back from breakfast, Vaughn couldn't stop smiling. He made Grammy's day! In addition to his cute smile, we flipped his hat around so he looked like a little Christmas elf.
