day 179: karate and gym

A few weeks ago, Vaughn started Karate and Nolan started Little Gym! I don't have any videos or pictures of Nolan's Little Gym because I'm focusing on him and the class (will try soon), but here's a video of Vaughn's Karate. He loves it and puts so much effort into every kick and punch...maybe a little too much!
