Today, Vaughn went to his first Story Time at the Litchfield Park Library. It was a lot of fun. Surprisingly, Vaughn did really well. He seemed to really enjoy it. I was amazed at how Vaughn could interact or seem interested when he is so young. Most of the babies were able to at least sit or walk. It was a little noisy, but Vaughn was able to drown out the noise and listen to the lady read two stories.
We also sang lots of songs that involved dancing or moving the babies. Our new friends Dusty and Benji joined us. Addi from Stroller Strides was there too with her grandma (we found out about it from Addi's mommy, Regina). We hope to make Story Time a weekly occurrence. Dave's reaction when we got home was that it looks like Vaughn is going to be studious like me and Grayson. I don't think that would be a bad thing!
